These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the t2sapp platform, including all sports betting, casino, live dealer, and payment services offered to players in Bangladesh. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

18+ Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use t2sapp. Age verification is mandatory. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds will be handled per the underage gaming policy.
BDT Payments & Withdrawals
All transactions on t2sapp are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours for verified accounts.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the point of offer. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. t2sapp reserves the right to void bonus funds if terms are breached.
Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your t2sapp Login credentials confidential. t2sapp will never ask for your password by email or chat. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.
Prohibited Activities
Bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, multi-accounting, money laundering, and exploitation of software errors are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Terms May Be Updated
t2sapp may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or on-site notification.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the t2sapp platform — including the website at t2sapp.net, any associated mobile browser interface, or any service provided thereunder — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the t2sapp Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the t2sapp platform and close your account if one has been opened. Your continued use of the platform after any published update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
These terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing t2sapp from Bangladesh, including but not limited to players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
The t2sapp platform is intended exclusively for adult players. To register and maintain an account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the platform.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) creating the account for your own personal use only.
- You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion scheme.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of t2sapp or any associated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
- You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for the individual user.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
t2sapp reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the stated deadline will result in account suspension pending verification.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of t2sapp services, you must create a single personal account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account security:
- Each person may hold only one active account on t2sapp. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.
- You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a date of birth that accurately reflects your actual age at the time of registration.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your t2sapp Login credentials, including your username and password. t2sapp will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel.
- You must notify t2sapp support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any suspected security breach. t2sapp accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- t2sapp reserves the right to require additional Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your account is accurate and current. Updates to your registered details must be communicated to the support team promptly.
t2sapp uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform interactions and offers optional two-factor authentication via SMS OTP for additional account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication through their account security settings.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the t2sapp platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). t2sapp supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms govern all payment activity on the platform:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the point of transaction.
- Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the t2sapp wallet instantly in the vast majority of cases. In rare circumstances of network delay, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear. If a deposit does not appear within this period, contact support with your transaction reference.
- Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts with no pending bonus wagering obligations are processed within 1–3 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for card methods (Visa, Mastercard).
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified payment method added through the account settings panel. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds.
- t2sapp does not charge fees on standard BDT deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which t2sapp bears no responsibility.
- t2sapp reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide such proof within seven (7) calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and funds returned to the player wallet.
- Any deposit suspected of originating from unlawful activity will be frozen pending investigation. t2sapp cooperates fully with any law enforcement inquiries in such circumstances.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
t2sapp offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer:
- Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and above who have completed the account registration process and, where applicable, the identity verification process.
- Each bonus offer will state its applicable wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to the account. Unused bonus funds will be removed from the account at the expiry of this period without notice.
- t2sapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already satisfied all conditions for claiming a reward under that offer.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or collusion with other players to generate artificial wagering activity — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
- Where a player makes a withdrawal request before meeting the wagering requirement on an active bonus, t2sapp reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any winnings derived from it before releasing remaining real-money funds.
- Specific promotional terms (including eligible games, minimum odds for sports bonuses, maximum bet sizes, and geographic restrictions) are published on the relevant promotion page in plain English. Players are responsible for reading these specific terms before claiming any offer.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
By placing a wager or playing any game on t2sapp, you agree to be bound by the specific rules applicable to that product. The following general rules apply across all t2sapp betting and gaming products:
- All bets are accepted and settled at t2sapp's discretion. Once a bet has been confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where an explicit cash-out option is available and exercised before settlement.
- In the event of a palpable error — including but not limited to a clearly incorrect price or odds posted due to a technical fault or human error — t2sapp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player wallets, regardless of whether bets have already been settled.
- All casino games offered on t2sapp use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by the game provider. Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and are final.
- Live dealer games are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules specific to each live dealer game type (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and game shows) are governed by the provider's rules displayed within the game interface.
- In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game session, the game outcome will be determined by the result already recorded by the provider's server at the time of disconnection. t2sapp is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
- Sports betting markets — including BPL cricket, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other competitions — are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. Where a result is subsequently reversed by the governing body after initial settlement, t2sapp reserves the right to re-settle the market in accordance with the revised result.
- Match abandonment, postponement, and walkover rules are specified in the sports-specific betting rules available in the sportsbook section. In general, cricket matches abandoned after a result has been determined will be settled on that result.
t2sapp slots and crash games — including titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the return-to-player (RTP) percentage and volatility information published by the respective providers within each game's information panel.
7. Responsible Gaming
t2sapp is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all adult players in Bangladesh. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible directly from every verified account's settings panel — no support request is required to activate any of the following features:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. When the threshold is reached, further gameplay is suspended until the limit period resets or the player adjusts the limit (subject to the same 24-hour cooling-off rule for increases).

- Cool-Off Periods: Players may self-impose a temporary suspension of deposit and gameplay activity for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Account balances are preserved during a cool-off period.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a longer break from gambling may request full self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the duration of the selected period and takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.

8. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the t2sapp platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real money and bonus funds), and may result in legal action:
- Opening or operating more than one t2sapp account, whether under your own name or any alias.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent identity check.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with the casino lobby, or gain an advantage over the platform's normal operation.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or systematically betting on all outcomes of a single event to clear wagering requirements while minimising risk.
- Depositing funds derived from any criminal activity, including money laundering. t2sapp's payment monitoring systems are designed to detect suspicious transaction patterns, and t2sapp will cooperate fully with any relevant authority investigating financial crime.
- Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or any activity that constitutes corruption in sport. t2sapp cooperates with sports integrity bodies and will report any suspected match-fixing activity.
- Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation, or sharing your account access with any third party.
9. Account Closure & Suspension
t2sapp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity as described in Section 8.
- Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction to suspend or close the account.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
- At the player's own written request via the support team.
Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no suspicious activity is involved, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within seven (7) business days of the closure request being confirmed. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the relevant wagering requirements have already been fully met.
Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions may result in forfeiture of the entire account balance, including real-money funds, at t2sapp's discretion. t2sapp will communicate the reason for closure in writing where it is legally and operationally permissible to do so.
10. Liability & Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, t2sapp provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. t2sapp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
t2sapp's total liability to any individual player arising from any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their t2sapp account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. t2sapp is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
- t2sapp is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device failures, or power outages on the player's side.
- t2sapp is not responsible for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
- t2sapp is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise in your jurisdiction as a result of gambling winnings. Players are solely responsible for understanding and complying with their own local tax obligations.
- Live odds, game availability, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice. t2sapp does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific game, market, or promotion.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits t2sapp's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Amendments to These Terms
t2sapp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — defined as changes that materially affect player rights, payment terms, or gameplay rules — t2sapp will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.
For minor or administrative amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect changes in supported payment providers — t2sapp may publish the updated terms without individual notification. The "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the t2sapp platform after updated Terms & Conditions have been published and the notification period has elapsed constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 9.
12. Contact & Complaints
t2sapp is committed to resolving player disputes and complaints in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. If you have a query, concern, or formal complaint regarding any aspect of the t2sapp platform, the support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
To raise a formal complaint, please contact t2sapp support with the following information: your registered username, a clear description of the issue, the date and time the issue occurred, and any relevant transaction references or screenshots. t2sapp aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days of receipt.
Where a complaint relates to a specific betting settlement or game outcome, t2sapp's review will take into account the platform's internal records, game provider logs, and any relevant sporting event data. The outcome of t2sapp's internal review process is communicated in writing to the player's registered email address.
